Parent Coaching

Do you have a child diagnosed with ADHD or struggling with executive functioning? Let’s work together to get you and your family the education and targeted support you need to stop struggling. I take a strengths-based, holistic approach.  We must acknowledge the challenges – they are real.  AND, they are not insurmountable.  ADHD affects the whole family, and parents are the most impactful piece of the puzzle. Parent coaching can make the difference.

I’m a mom with ADHD and a parent of neurodivergent kids. I’ve been there. Actually, I am currently there. And, I’ve found my way to resources that have broken the cycle of stress, conflict and fear. I also have 20 years of experience in education and can work with you and your child toward positive change.

Whether your child is 3 or 17, parent coaching can help!

ADHD parent coaching is about more than giving you some quick strategies and resources. It’s about learning how ADHD shows up in your family, identifying values and strengths, and developing a plan of action to help you and your child reach feel confident and capable! I provide encouragement, feedback, and practical suggestions, as well as hold you accountable to follow through on your goals.

Problems we can tackle include:

  • How do I better communicate with my child?
  • How can I use their strengths and natural motivators to help them thrive?
  • What can I do to make our mornings less chaotic?
  • How does ADHD affect my child?
  • How can I instill focus, organization, and emotional regulation?
  • How do I communicate with my child’s teacher about what they need?

and so much more.
