Rise & Recharge: A Wellness Retreat for Women with ADHD

Friday, April 17 – April 19

The Lodge at St. Edwards Park

About the event

Indulge in three days of transformation and relaxation, where your unique strengths are celebrated and your challenges are met with understanding. This retreat is more than just a break; it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in self-care while you reset, recharge, and reclaim your focus.

Nestled inside a peaceful state park and surrounded by more than 70 hiking trails, The Lodge at St. Edward State Park offers the perfect setting for this kind of reset. Once a monastery, the historic building has been thoughtfully reimagined with warm, elegant rooms, award winning dining, and quiet spaces that invite reflection. The on site Nova Spa offers a full range of restorative services, local art lines the hallways, and the grounds invite you to wander, breathe, and simply be. Dogs are welcome too.
